You know “The One”. He shows up to every drill, creates a positive working environment, teaches Sunday School, visits junior Guard Members when they are hurt or sick between drills, and volunteers at the localFood Bank. Or she is the team player that holds your unit together, makes everyone strive to become a better leader, volunteers at the local Fire Department, and coaches her daughter’s little league team. Every unit has “The One” individual or group of individuals that make a distinct, positive impact on their unit, their family, and/or their community. Give back to “The Ones” by recognizing their sacrifice and hard work with one of NGATN’s Awards.
