As the Association progresses into its 84th year, changes are taking place constantly within the Guard arena and it is important that we keep our members abreast of these changes. As the old saying goes, “we have come a long way baby.” The National Guard has advanced to a status of upmost respect within the military branches as a vital part of the Total Force and we are playing a major role in the War on Terrorism. Mark your calendar. The dates of the 2009 State Conference have been changed to March 13-15, 2009. The February dates were conflicting with the Governors Conference, the TAG’s Conference and many of our contractors had requested the change. More Info |
