It is that time again to start planning for the National Guard Association of Tennessee’s state conference. Mark your calendars for March 1-4, 2012 and join us for an exciting and eventful conference.

We will be returning to the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center, 1200 Conference Center Dr., Murfreesboro, TN 37129 and we will once again host a combined Enlisted and Officer Conference.

Please consider this letter your official invitation to join us for our state conference. Just complete the enclosed registration form with the names of all individuals from your organization who will be attending and any requirements they may need. Tables, table cloths, chairs and electrical are all included with each level of sponsorship that has booth space. Set up for exhibits will start Friday morning and we are in the process of planning an extended exhibit time on Friday evening. Saturday’s exhibit hours will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p. m. We do plan to include a time during the business session for everyone to visit the exhibits.

One major change this year to our agenda is the appreciation social/mixer which will be held on Thursday evening instead of Friday evening. You are our special guest for this event and we will make sure the decision makers from the Tennessee guard are also present.

If you plan to play golf in the Four Person Scramble on Thursday, March 1, 2012 please check the golf tournament comment on the registration form.
